MOVE-IN
Move-in begins Friday, June 20, 2008 @ 12:00 noon. Your vehicle must be inside the building NO LATER THAN 6:00 p.m. (no exceptions).

YOUR AREA
You will receive a 10x20 area to display your vehicle. Security will be provided in the halls over night and all day during the event. If you require additional security specifically for your vehicle, any costs will be your responsibility. Click here for additional rules and regulations.

Note: You will have to sign a participation liability release form prior to or upon bringing your vehicle to the GWCC on Friday, June 20, 2008. Failure to sign release form will forfeit your space and your registration fee.

GICC VEHICLE RESTRICTIONS
Your vehicle must have less than ¼ tank or 5 gallons of gas in its fuel tank. The fuel tank must have a locking gas cap and the gas tank must be sealed with tape. Your battery must be disconnected. No Exceptions!

MOVE-OUT
Vehicles must vacate the building no later than 11:59 p.m. the day of the event (June 21, 2008). Note, V-103 (WVEE) or its parent company, CBS Radio, are not responsible for any vehicle not vacated by the designated time above.
